Exchange Policy
We kindly ask customers to check their orders carefully upon delivery.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

Please note that if you notice any issue with your order at the time of delivery, you may report it immediately while the courier is present.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

Non-Refundable Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund request.
